Burlap is a living material. It ages, it changes, and over time, it’s meant to return to the earth. But before that, it deserves a long, well-lived life.

If your bag picks up minor tears, worn areas, or hardware issues caused by regular use or natural oxidation, you can send it back to our workshop. For a small repair fee—covering only material and labour — we’ll reinforce, patch, or fix what’s needed and send it back ready for many more journeys.

And when you feel your bag has truly served its purpose, you can return it to us through our Give Back Burlap program, so it can be responsibly upcycled, repurposed, or allowed to complete its natural cycle.
